On this website, I analyze complex public datasets, previously accessible only to researchers and analysts, and summarize the results in summary tables and illuminating visualizations. I call this summarized data The College Dashboard.
The College Dashboard includes:
- The College Majors Explorer- A tool to help you understand what to expect from a given major – including career earnings trajectory and most common occupations
- The College Explorer – A tool to help you explore colleges
- The College Programs Explorer – A tool that helps you look at the financial outcome of different programs by college
The key datasets used include the ACS and the Department of Education’s College Scorecard, as well as other publicly available data.
