In this post I rank American undergraduate Petroleum Engineering programs based on the median earnings of their graduates two years after graduation (in 2022 dollars). The data comes from the College Scorecard and is limited to those programs with enough graduates for data privacy to be maintained – so keep these limitations in mind.

Also keep in mind that pay varies for reasons other than program quality – such as city size or proximity and relationship to major employers.
